Job Description:

As a Section Waiter in Marmelo, you will be responsible for managing your own section, ensuring high levels of service are consistently delivered. You'll be the face of the restaurant to our guests
- welcoming, serving, and engaging with them to ensure they enjoy a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide effective and attentive service to guests within your section

Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages with confidence and care

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of your section at all times

Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow

Handle guest queries or feedback professionally and promptly

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Previous experience in a fine dining establishment or upscale restaurant is preferred.

Exceptional customer service skills, robust communication abilities, and a polished demeanor.

Proficiency in wine service and an understanding of food and beverage pairings.

A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of service meet high standards.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
