Your New Role- Provide comprehensive assessment and support in consultation with the patient, their family, carers and significant others.

Work with the collaborative multi-disciplinary trauma team with exposure to diverse clinical scenarios and settings in leave cover.

Support and guide early career Social Workers through supervision.

You will be well supported by Senior Social Workers on site, Social Work Clinical Lead (Grade 4), Social Work Manager, and the Social Work team.

About You- You have demonstrated hospital experience with a collaborative working style

You have excellent communication skills and a passion for continued professional development for yourself and others.

You are a qualified Social Worker, eligible for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers with at least 4 years’ experience.

You value working with supportive and dedicated health professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
