The Family Four children: aged 8, 7, and twins aged 5.5 years‑old Fair but firm parenting style with a "common sense" approach Long‑standing nanny team is leaving after 5 years to start their own family, reflecting a positive and secure working environment
The Role
This dynamic, travel‑heavy position suits an adaptable nanny who thrives in a very structured environment. Responsibilities include: Support the children's day‑to‑day care and wellbeing and set clear and firm boundaries Assisting with school routines (Melbourne‑based) and providing academic support Facilitating educational activities, including occasional home‑schooling during travel periods Must be comfortable with and able to encourage outdoor activities such as hiking and trekking. Travelling extensively with the family throughout the year Working collaboratively with the second nanny and wider household team
Candidate Profile Very good level of English or French Outdoorsy, energetic, and genuinely enjoys nature‑based activities A solid academic background and the ability to support children's intellectual development Confident driver (automatic vehicle provided – family van) Very flexible, very organised, and comfortable with frequent international travel Calm, proactive, and intelligent Maximum age 34 (due to visa requirements)
