Service Executive (Melbourne)

Service Executive The Aon Client Services team (ACS) is a business‑critical operating unit and a cornerstone of our drive to enhance customer experience and deliver profitable growth across all market segments. We are seeking a Service Executive to join our Global and Corporate team based in Melbourne CBD. This is a hybrid work role. What The Day Will Look Like Based at our Melbourne CBD office, you will collaborate with Client Managers, Client Executives, and Account Executives across multiple sectors. With excellent career advancement and ongoing training opportunities, there is a path to progress into an Account Executive position within the ACS Global & Corporate segment. Responsibilities
- Assist with client account portfolio management
- Work directly alongside Client Managers
- Manage client queries and act as a subject‑matter expert for all portfolio needs
- Attend client meetings and manage relationships with insurers
- Assist with tender responses, policy wordings, renewals, claims histories, endorsements, and reporting
- Manage quote slips and place them
- Manage invoicing and complex premium calculations
- Provide leadership to Service Specialists Qualifications
- Relevant experience working within the commercial insurance sector as a broker or similar
- Comparable client account management or broking experience
- Commitment to exceptional client service
- Exceptional relationship and communication skills
- Desire to develop skills and knowledge set through ongoing training
