Job Description We’re looking for two Senior Digital Activation Executives to deliver performance-focused digital activation with a strong emphasis on programmatic buying. These roles are ideal for people with a solid foundation in digital activation who are keen to deepen their programmatic experience while working across a broader performance and omni-channel environment. You’ll be hands‑on in platforms, responsible for campaign delivery and optimisation, while also gaining exposure to measurement, analytics and cross‑agency collaboration. What key accountabilities does this role have?
- Ownership of end‑to‑end digital campaign execution for allocated accounts, with a strong focus on programmatic buying
- Full responsibility for the accuracy of campaign implementation, pacing, delivery, and optimisation
- Ownership of reporting accuracy and the development of clear, actionable insights in partnership with Digital Managers and Directors
- Working closely with Client Managers and the wider digital team to ensure quality control processes are followed
- Identifying issues, proactively solving problems, and contributing to more effective and effective ways of working
- Collaborating with agency partners and internal teams, including opportunities to support measurement, analytics, and broader digital initiatives
- Engaging with clients over time, building confidence and capability in client‑facing delivery (with support and guidance as you onboard) What are the keys requirements and experience for this role?
- 2–3 years’ experience in digital campaign management, ideally within a media agency or similar environment
- Hands‑on experience with Google Marketing Platform, particularly CM360 and DV360, or strong digital buying experience with a clear programmatic learning path
- A solid understanding of campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting fundamentals
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
- Confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Nice to have (but not essential):
- Experience with SEM platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or SA360
- Exposure to digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics
