- Contribute to strategic planning, policy development and long‑term recreation and community infrastructure planning, particularly in urban renewal areas
- Lead the coordination and delivery of recreation and community infrastructure projects across all stages of the project lifecycle
- Act as the key client representative, partnering with internal stakeholders and external organisations to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Lead meaningful and inclusive community engagement to ensure projects reflect local needs, priorities and aspirations
- Build and maintain robust relationships with community groups, industry bodies and key stakeholders across Council
- Support delivery of the ten‑year capital works pipeline and annual planning processes
- Develop and review business cases, feasibility studies, reports and grant submissions
