Life Insurance Sales Consultant (Melbourne)

An established and growing life insurance brokerage is expanding its Melbourne sales team and is seeking motivated, target-driven Sales Consultants to join the business. This is not cold calling. You will speak with customers who have already completed an online comparison and requested a call back. Your role is to guide them through their options, provide general advice and convert conversations into compliant policy sales. If you thrive in a high-performance, phone-based sales environment and are motivated by earning potential and career progression, this is an excellent opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing warm inbound and outbound enquiries
• Consulting with customers to compare life insurance products
• Following structured scripts and compliance processes
• Achieving monthly revenue and quality targets
• Managing your own client pipeline and administration What We’re Looking For

- Confident and engaging phone manner
• Experience in sales, contact centre, retention or membership sales
• Strong work ethic and resilience
• Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
• Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven setting
• Motivated by performance and progression Life insurance experience is welcome but not essential. Comprehensive training is provided, including industry qualifications.
