About the Role

Join Asado as a Section Waiter in one of Melbourne’s busiest and most dynamic dining environments. This is a key front-of-house role delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced premium venue. You’ll work within a close-knit FOH team, reporting to venue leadership while receiving structured training, monthly appraisals and genuine professional support.

As a Food & Beverage Salesperson at Asado, your day-to-day will involve:

•

Deliver attentive and engaging table service across multiple floor sections

•

Drive food and beverage sales through confident menu knowledge and proactive guest engagement

•

Maintain premium service standards in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment

•

Handle guest feedback professionally while contributing to a positive team culture

•

Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service execution

Skills & Experience

•

1–2 years’ experience as a Section Waiter in a premium, high-volume venue

•

Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge with confidence upselling to guests

•

Valid working rights in Australia

•

RSA certification (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)

•

Team-first mindset with a positive, skilled attitude
