- Join a leading national provider of insurance risk and solutions services! Procare's Factual Investigations Division are seeking Factual Investigators experienced in General Insurance (GI) to join our team.

We have full time and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.

The Role:

- Attend various locations, predominantly within Melbourne and a proportion of work across VIC;
- Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
- Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
- Prepare and draft factual reports. About You:

- Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence;
- Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
- Hold an ASIST Certificate (or willing to obtain);
- Hold an Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain);
- Experience conducting General Insurance investigations is preferred. What We Offer:
