We are seeking passionate Social Workers to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team within the Child & Adolescent Mental Health service in Regional Victoria. This exciting opportunity offers both full-time and part-time roles with flexible commencement dates. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for children and families.
- Develop and implement tailored clinical treatment plans addressing biological, psychological, and social needs.
- Provide ongoing risk management and crisis intervention.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance client-centered care.
- Participate in regular clinical reviews and engage in continuous learning and improvement. Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology, or Occupational Therapy.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering evidence-based, family-inclusive interventions for high-risk infants and children.
- Proficiency in current mental health treatment practices and approaches.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, multidisciplinary setting.
- Highly desirable CAMHS experience.
