Graduate Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics) Seeking Graduate Reliability Engineer and Graduate Automation Engineer for a Large Pharmaceutical Manufacturer (2 roles open). We are looking for graduates with 0–3 years of manufacturing experience and a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Automation Engineering. South East Melbourne. Day Shift. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with Production, Engineering, Maintenance & Quality teams to identify ongoing issues and aim to improve overall equipment productivity, reliability and production continuity.
- Dig deep into issues to find the root cause across safety, quality, productivity, people and continuous improvement.
- Understand the departmental and team goals to contribute skills and knowledge for cost reduction, innovation and ensuring full GMP compliance.
- Providing leadership and support to project outcomes and implementation. About you:
- Terinary qualified in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering with exceptional mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Proven experience working within a FMCG or manufacturing environment; experience in Food or Pharmaceutical industry an advantage.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, excellent communication skills and capability to work within a diverse, multi‑functional workplace.
- Ability to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders. It is a requirement for all roles that the candidate has PR or AU/NZ Citizenship.
