1-3 PQE Lawyer/Associate | Insurance Litigation | Melbourne We are currently seeking a capable 1-3+ year PAE Lawyer to join our leading Melbourne team! Turks are looking for a capable Lawyer (1-3+ PQE) with a background in defendant insurance (open to workers comp) to join our high performing and successful Life Insurance, Superannuation and Financial Advice team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will work closely with our partners, associates and clients. - working on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters across life insurance;
- develop skills in insurance law and litigation;
- have regular involvement and direct contact with clients; and
- appear in various courts and tribunals. Requirements
- an academic qualification in law, and be admitted with a current VIC practicing certificate;
- a minimum of 1 years' PQE, preferably with experience in workers compensation, personal injury or commercial ligation;
- excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail.
