As the Coordinator Civil Engineering Projects, you'll lead the planning and delivery of Council’s civil infrastructure program, overseeing roads, drainage and related assets. With a focus on high quality capital works, strong people leadership and collaboration across Council, industry and the community, you’ll drive safe, sustainable and cost effective infrastructure outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Leading and developing a multidisciplinary civil projects team to deliver capital works outcomes Overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of civil infrastructure projects, on time and within budget Providing strategic input into Capital Works Planning and Asset Management Managing procurement, contracts and performance of consultants and contractors Building strong internal, external and community stakeholder relationships What You'll Need To Succeed Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or related discipline) Current NER registration under the Skilled Engineers Registration Act 2019 Extensive experience delivering complex civil infrastructure projects Proven people leadership and team development experience Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and governance capability To be considered for this role applications should include A maximum 2 -page cover letter which should outline your interest in the role A current CV which includes key achievements & relevant qualifications Uncover more about this role in the Position Description attached below , or contact the Talent Acquisition team via Applications will be accepted until 11:30pm on 7 June 2026.
