The Role Due to ongoing workload, we are seeking an experienced Insurance Restoration Claims Coordinator to manage claims from referral through to completion. This is a hands‑on coordination role responsible for managing restoration claims, overseeing operational delivery, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, compliantly and to insurer standards. Key responsibilities
- Managing insurance restoration claims from referral through to completion
- Coordinating restoration works, technicians, trades and reporting requirements
- Liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, builders, trades and clients
- Tracking scopes, timelines, variations and approvals throughout the claim lifecycle
- Ensuring technical and compliance reports meet insurer requirements
- Actively using systems such as PRIME and Encircle
- Monitoring claim costs, margins and overall operational performance
- Scheduling and coordinating field teams and external suppliers to meet delivery timeframes
- Developing and managing project timelines using Gantt charts and scheduling tools
- Coordinating operational delivery across water, fire, mould, contents and make‑protected services About You This role will suit someone with strong experience in insurance restoration or claims‑based project coordination. You will ideally have:
- Solid understanding of insurance claims workflows
- Experience with restoration processes and technical reporting
- Strong operational knowledge of insurance restoration and CAT response
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills
- High attention to detail with strong organisational ability
- Well‑developed prioritisation and time‑management skills
- Ability to manage priorities, escalate issues and recommend solutions
