About the Role

Join Asado as a Section Waiter in one of Melbourne’s busiest and most dynamic dining environments. This is a key front-of-house role delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced premium venue. You’ll work within a close-knit FOH team, reporting to venue leadership while receiving structured training, monthly appraisals and genuine professional support.

As a Food & Beverage Salesperson at Asado, your day-to-day will involve: Deliver attentive and engaging table service across multiple floor sectionsDrive food and beverage sales through confident menu knowledge and proactive guest engagementMaintain premium service standards in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environmentHandle guest feedback professionally while contributing to a positive team cultureCollaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service execution

Skills & Experience1-2 years’ experience as a Section Waiter in a premium, high-volume venueStrong food, beverage and wine knowledge with confidence upselling to guestsValid working rights in AustraliaRSA certification (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)Team-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude
