With a menu built on French bistro classics, an extensive wine list and a curated cocktail menu to rival the most discerning of drinkers' palates, Bar Margaux is home to everyone searching for spectacular food and exceptional customer service mixed with Melbourne’s love affair for late night haunts.

We are looking for an experienced Bartender and Section Waitperson who thrives off a busy environment, understands the simple perfection of a classic cocktail and likes the best cream caramel in town (in our humble opinion), someone who has a natural affinity with hospitality, has confidence and is passionate about providing an unparalleled customer service experience.

Who we are looking for:

- The ability to work as part of an energetic team, supporting your colleagues and having fun, whilst being able to create the ultimate guest experience every time.
- A strong work ethic and able to stay the course into the early hours of the morning.
- Available for 15-30 per week approximately across Monday to Saturday.
- Experience
- we cannot forget! Ideally you will have at least 2 years within a similar venues running a full section bar and or floor section.
