Supply & Distribution Manager (Melbourne)

**About the Role**

An exciting role for someone wanting to help develop and grow with this small but dynamic company. Responsible for collaborating with the National Sales Manager to formulate and implement business plans, goals and strategies for the building our surgical instrument business, you will be a key contact with all stakeholders in the surgical instruments supply chain to our customers, and clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Determining, implementing, and monitoring purchasing, storage and distribution strategies, policies, and plans.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost and delivery requirements.
- Liaising with operation departments and surgeons’ requirements for surgical instruments.
- Promote a working environment where regular interaction, sharing of information and performance feedback is encouraged.
- Travel to meet suppliers to secure contracts and ensure that all requirements of the regular quality management systems are upheld.
- Act responsibly for the safety of self and others, and the environment

**The Successful Applicant**

We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude, business skills, creative thinking abilities, efficient work habits, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will have robust communication and interpersonal skills, along with a keen attention to detail. Bi-lingual applicants with proficiency in Hindi will be favoured.

Pay: $66,159.64
- $122,729.70 per year
