- Lead strategic inventory and stock management to ensure availability of high‑demand items and minimise stockouts
- Analyse supply chain and inventory data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Manage inventory forecasting, replenishment, stocktakes, and reconciliation using SCM systems
- Oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods from warehouse to point of sale in line with merchandising standards
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support operational and brand objectives
- Ensure compliance with WHS, hazardous chemical handling, and recycling requirements while supporting and developing team members More About You
- A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in logistics or inventory management, ideally in a multi‑site or hospitality environment
- Proven experience coordinating logistics operations and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of WHS and compliance standards
