Procare's Factual Investigations Division are seeking Factual Investigators experienced in General Insurance (GI) to join our team.

We have full time and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.

The Role:

Attend various locations, predominantly within Melbourne and a proportion of work across VIC;

Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;

Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and

Prepare and draft factual reports.

About You:

Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence ;

Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle ;

Hold an ASIST Certificate (or willing to obtain);

Hold a Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain);

Experience conducting General Insurance investigations is preferred.
