Day-Day Duties:

To provide qualified claims handling service to clients, which is designed to offer solutions, fulfil client objectives, achieve the best possible cost outcomes.

To manage the day-to-day handling of claims.

Process, follow up and negotiate claims to the appropriate level of authority.

Maintain client claim files and ensure that the required level of service is of the highest standard until deemed closed and finalised.

Maintain and meet internal and external compliance requirements.

During periods of high risk i.e. hail and flood, ensure that Clients are kept on alert for potential events that may give rise to a major claim.

Contribute to the success of the Company by enhancing the Broker / Client relationship.

Ensure skilled conduct is always maintained to positively promote the Company and Insurance industry.
