The Contract Logistics Distribution Specialist is responsible for supporting transport billing and invoicing activities across distribution operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and robust financial control.

**How you create impact**

+ Ensure accurate and timely processing of transport invoices in line with agreed service levels. + Validate transport charges against approved rate cards, contracts, and billing structures. + Maintain high billing accuracy while minimising credits, rework, and invoice corrections. + Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies and rate issues. + Support month-end close activities through accurate accruals and cost visibility. + Escalate recurring billing issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.

**What we would like you to bring**

+ 1~3 years' experience in logistics, transport billing, invoicing, or operational finance environments. + Exposure to transport, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations is highly regarded. + Good organisational and time management skills. + Strong attention to detail, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
