- Band 7 $104,457.50 to $116,370.04 + 12% Superannuation

- Based at Ballan About the Role As Senior Design Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across the design of Moorabool’s civil infrastructure, overseeing complex road, drainage and traffic projects from concept through to delivery, guiding consultants and stakeholders, and applying strong engineering judgement to achieve high‑quality, compliant and value‑driven outcomes for Council and the community. - Updated Discretionary Leave Clause to include gender affirmation related activities, natural disaster and foster caring About You You are a highly capable civil engineering skilled with recognised tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Engineering Technology. Your qualifications are supported by strong experience delivering complex civil infrastructure designs across roads, drainage and traffic. You bring sound technical judgement, advanced CAD capability and a solid understanding of relevant standards and legislation along with proven experience managing consultants and reviewing detailed designs. Confident in senior‑level stakeholder engagement, you provide technical leadership, mentor others and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality, compliant and value‑driven infrastructure outcomes.
