Role accountabilities Joining the Civil Structures team will give you first‑hand experience across bridge and tunnel design, utilities, digital engineering, and drainage and flooding analysis. You will work on major civil infrastructure projects with both contractor and government clients, gain mentorship, technical training, and opportunities to work on site with our construction partners and on interstate projects across Australia. Qualifications and Experience You are motivated by improving quality of life and share our values of People First, Collaboration, Sustainability, Client Success and Integrity. You will be graduating in 2026 or have recently completed a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- A strong interest in engineering design, environmental science, planning, business advisory, sustainability and digital innovation.
