**What You'll Do**

Join our Horticulture Branch as Team Leader Landscape Systems and drive the management and development of the Landscape Systems team to support our mission at RBGV. In this role, you'll lead team operations to achieve high standards in environmental systems, horticulture, and public safety. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring team members, ensuring best practices in environmental management, and overseeing vital systems like lake and wetland maintenance, irrigation, and biosecurity. You'll collaborate with other branches, contribute to strategic planning initiatives, manage resources, and ensure regulatory compliance, all while fostering a positive, customer-focused culture. This role also offers the opportunity to enhance RBGV's reputation through public engagement, qualified communication, and partnerships with educational institutions.
