Call Centre Agent Position for Experienced Sales (Melbourne)

**Who we're looking for**:Experienced Sales Agents
- _**A starting base salary of $55,000**_+ Super+ Generous Commission structure (open to negotiations depending on your experience)._
- _Monday to Friday: 12.00 am
- 8 pm _

**The role**:

- Business-to-customer sales calls.
- Business-to-business sales calls.
- Customer relations management and client liaison.
- Data entry.
- The role requires grasping current information quickly, learning about various products and services, and navigating multiple Customer Relation Management systems efficiently.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in Phone Sales
- Experience in in-person Sales
- Energetic/bubbly personality.
- Experience working towards **Key Performance Indicators** (KPIs) and a result-focused mindset.
- **Customer-orientated** and **solutions-focused**; business-to-customer relations are paramount.
- Ability to **learn fast **and **multitask** while navigating multiple systems/platforms.

Experience in the **Energy and Telecom sales industry and sales **is highly desirable for this role.
