We're looking for an engineer who enjoys solving real engineering problems, working closely with manufacturing teams and taking genuine ownership of projects.
This role would suit someone with around3+ yearsof experience in a manufacturing or assembly-based workplace who wants more autonomy, more technical depth and a explicit path into leading projects over time.The work is technical.

Most engineers who land here end up staying.What you'll be doingDesigning mechanical systems and products using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCADDeveloping 3D models, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings and P&IDsSupporting; prototype builds, testing and design improvementsWorking closely with Manufacturing, QA and Product teams throughout developmentContributing to long-term product development projects with real technical complexityTaking ownership of engineering challenges and helping drive projects forwardWhat they're looking forAround 3+ years in a mechanical design role within manufacturingIntermediate application of Design for Manufacture principles with ability to apply DFM concepts to complex manufacturing processesExperience designing products that are physically built and assembledProficiency in either Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks CAD software for mechanical design and 3D modellingMechanical Engineering degree or similarAustralian PR or CitizenshipHelpful, but not essentialHVAC, refrigeration or thermal systems exposureFEA / CFD experienceExposure to complex engineered equipment or industrial productsWhat matters most?
