Senior Data Analyst Location: Melbourne, VIC or Sydney, NSW Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive transformation? MIPS is seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to lead reporting and data analysis across our Enterprise Data Platform implementation. This role is key to ensuring our business intelligence capabilities align with operational needs and regulatory requirements. What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and document reporting requirements across business functions
- Translate business needs into data models and visualisation solutions
- Support data quality assessments, governance, and migration activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver trusted, insightful reporting
- Contribute to the development of enterprise-wide data standards What You’ll Bring
- 5–7 years’ experience in data analysis, BI, or enterprise reporting roles
- Advanced SQL skills and strong data modelling knowledge
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualisation tools
- Experience with data platform implementations and transformation programs
- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
