This is a genuine step into leadership within a well-established, global building services consultancy. You’ll be leading a capable electrical team delivering major education, commercial and data centre projects. The pipeline is strong, the team is well resourced, and you’ll have the backing to focus on delivery and people, not just firefighting.
- Lead and mentor a solid electrical team across multiple large-scale projects
- Strong exposure to education, commercial and mission-critical work
- Data centre projects available, but no prior DC experience required – the team already has that covered
- Work within a structured, tier-one environment with established systems, processes and support
- Client-facing role with real input into project direction and delivery
- Flexible working – typically Monday and Friday in the office, with the middle of the week open for WFH if needed This would suit:
- A Senior Electrical Engineer ready to step up into leadership
