Long Term/Permanent Role A warm and welcoming household in Eight Mile Plains is looking for a caring, patient, and emotionally aware nanny to help care for their two little ones (3 years and 1 year). They’re hoping to find someone who truly understands children’s feelings, enjoys supporting their development, and values a gentle, connection-focused approach. Days & Hours Responsibilities
- Offering warm, nurturing care with a focus on connection and emotional validation
- Playing with and supervising both children throughout the morning
- Preparing and serving morning tea and lunch
- Settling the baby for naps
- Keeping a calm, steady presence throughout the day
- Light household tasks when possible (never more key than quality care)
- Working openly and respectfully with the parents, including being comfortable with gentle, constructive feedback Requirements
- 3+ years experience caring for young children (infant and toddler experience preferred)
- Childcare qualifications preferred but not essential
- Current Blue Card
- Current CPR and First Aid
