This additional role is based in the Melbourne, or Southern Victoria more broadly and offers the chance to shape the future of farm insurance across the region. About the Role As Regional Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Farm portfolio in Southern Victoria. You’ll lead broker relationships, deliver underwriting excellence, and execute strategic initiatives that elevate our market presence. This is a hands‑on leadership role with real impact—where your expertise and relationships will fuel growth and strengthen our reputation. Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage broker relationships, acting as the primary contact for farm insurance solutions
- Quote and bind new, renewal, and endorsement business within underwriting guidelines and authority limits
- Achieve financial targets across premium growth, retention, and profitability
- Deliver broker training, product presentations, and thought leadership to reinforce our market positioning What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in insurance underwriting or broking, ideally within farm or regional markets
- Strong relationship management skills and a track record of building trusted broker partnerships
