**The role**:

- Business to customer sales calls (**no cold calling**).
- Customer relations management and client liaison.
- Data entry.
- The role requires the ability to quickly grasp current information, learn about various products and services, and navigate multiple Customer Relation Management systems efficiently.

**What we are looking for**:

- Energetic/bubbly personality.
- Experience working towards **Key Performance Indicators** (KPIs) and a result-focused mindset.
- An **eye for detail; **ensuring accuracy and precision in customer interactions and administrative tasks.
- **Customer-orientated** and **solutions-focused**; business to customer relations are paramount.
- Ability to **learn fast **and **multitask** while navigating multiple systems/platforms.

Experience in the **Energy and Telecom sales industry and/or sales **is highly desirable for this role.
