The Internal Communications Team leads the delivery of strategic, planned communications and engagement that supports our people, helping them deliver the Bureau Strategy 2022-2027.

This includes sharing information across the Bureau, communicating about business changes, and celebrating and recognising people and teams delivering operational excellence and outstanding customer service.

As a Business Partner in the Internal Communications Team, you will partner with the business to deliver a strategic, planned and people-centred communications approach to build engagement, lift the employee experience and connect our people to the Bureau's strategy.

This is a strategic internal communications role. You will demonstrate a proven ability to connect people, problem-solve, develop effective communication and change management strategies underpinned by clear logic, considered thinking and a solid evidence-base.

You will work collaboratively across the Bureau to communicate and engage our nationally dispersed workforce in corporate policies, processes and projects. The key to this role is building robust, effective relationships through a deep understanding of the business and delivering a high level of service.

You will be a self-starter with a proven ability to work in a team environment, able to be versatile and creative, and manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
