As the training & operations specialist in Sydney you will:

Develop & implement training across 10+ QSR restaurants in Sydney

Support business owners in improving the financial performance of their store

Design training manuals, plans & operations support whist maintaining detailed training records

Implement training sessions either one on one, group, virtual & assist in current starter inductions

Reporting to the National Operations Manager

The kind of experience we are looking for:

A quick food expert who comes from a solid QSR background

MUST have francising exposure
- either working for one or owing one or an area manager of one!

The love of training, supporting & seeing people develop

High levels of organisation as well as a solid understanding of p&l;

The ability to improve underperforming restaurants & lead high performing teams

The salary package includes:

A competitive base salary from $100k + super

Tools of the trade, travel/laptop/phone
