About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a new Customer Support Officer to join our team at our Head Office in Glen Iris.
This isn’t your average customer service job. As a Customer Support Officer you will be in the administrative engine room, ensuring every family and school community we work with feels valued and supported.
We have a variety of casual and permanent opportunities available, with adaptable shifts between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm (AEDT), so you can find a schedule that fits your lifestyle. The role is Monday to Friday, located at our Head Office, which is conveniently close to Tooronga Train Station and offers free parking.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Inbound and occasional outbound phone support, answering questions and solving problems with a positive and empathetic approach.
Handling everything from bookings and account administration to billing inquiries.
Supporting business operations with administrative reporting and other ad‑hoc duties.

Do you have a knack for listening and a passion for helping people? We want to hear from you.
An exceptional communicator with a positive, empathetic, and qualified attitude.
Highly organised with robust attention to detail.
A confident user of computers and various software systems.
Able to thrive in a rapid‑paced setting and work effectively as part of a team.
While prior experience in a customer service role is an advantage, we value your attitude and skills above all else. An understanding of outside school hours care operations would be a bonus, but it is not a deal breaker.
