The Role

Lead the daily operations of the centre

Maintain exceptional health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards

Oversee budgets, wages, rostering, occupancy, and operational planning

Coach, mentor, and develop a motivated and engaged team

Build strong, trusting relationships with families and the community

Implement, monitor, and evaluate high-quality programs focused on children’s growth and development

Foster a warm, welcoming, and supportive setting for educators, children, and families

Role Requirements

Leadership experience within the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector

ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates

Full working rights in Australia

Strong knowledge of the ECA Code of Ethics and UNCRC

Commitment to secure, nurturing, and inclusive learning environments

Willing to relocate in Northern Victoria
