PARC Engineering is Hiring – Boilermakers, Pipefitters, Welders & Trade Assistants Ballarat, VIC (Applicants must be based in Ballarat or within a 45‐minute radius) PARC Engineering is seeking experienced and motivated tradespeople to join our team for an upcoming major project commencing ASAP. We are looking for Boilermakers, Pipefitters, Welders, and Trade Assistants who are ready to work in a fast‐paced project environment with a strong safety focus and supportive team culture. This is a excellent opportunity to secure consistent short‐term work with competitive conditions and weekly pay. What's on Offer Immediate start available 8–12‐week contract 2:1 roster 12‐hour shifts Weekly pay cycle Opportunity to work on a major industrial project Supportive and safety‐focused team environment Requirements Driver's licence Trade certificate Working at heights (valid within 2 years) High risk EWP – above 11 metres White card Current police clearance (valid within 6 months) Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Location Requirement Applicants must be located in Ballarat, VIC or within a 45‐minute travel radius.
