Customer Support Officer (Melbourne)

About the Role We’re on the lookout for a new Customer Support Officer to join our team at our Head Office in Glen Iris. This isn’t your average customer service job. As a Customer Support Officer you will be in the administrative engine room, ensuring every family and school community we work with feels valued and supported. We have a variety of casual and permanent opportunities available, with flexible shifts between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm (AEDT), so you can find a schedule that fits your lifestyle. The role is Monday to Friday, located at our Head Office, which is conveniently close to Tooronga Train Station and offers free parking. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Inbound and occasional outbound phone support, answering questions and solving problems with a positive and empathetic approach.
- Handling everything from bookings and account administration to billing inquiries.
- Supporting business operations with administrative reporting and other ad‑hoc duties. About You & What We’re Looking For Do you have a knack for listening and a passion for helping people? We want to hear from you.
- An exceptional communicator with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- A confident user of computers and various software systems.
- Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and work effectively as part of a team. While prior experience in a customer service role is an advantage, we value your attitude and skills above all else.
