Job Title: Part-Time Retail Professional – Cremorne adiCentre Concept Store, VIC We are seeking a passionate and consumer‑obsessed Retail Professional on a PART‑TIME basis for our adiCentre, Corporate Concept Store. This store is an extension of our Pacific HQ located in Cremorne, VIC. Key responsibilities:
- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
- Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations, inclusive of brand partners and corporate customers.
- The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In‑Store Communication standards.
- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.
- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Requirements:
- Robust retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
- Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Working Hours:
