As our operations expand, we are seeking an experienced **Poultry Farmer** to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for agriculture and livestock management who are looking to grow their careers in Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily care, feeding, and monitoring of poultry stock
- Monitoring bird health and behaviour; identifying and treating illnesses
- Managing temperature, ventilation, and lighting systems
- Maintaining cleanliness and biosecurity standards
- Record-keeping of flock performance and farm activities
- Operation and basic maintenance of farm equipment
- Assisting with breeding programs and hatchery operations as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in poultry farming or livestock management
- Sound knowledge of poultry husbandry and biosecurity practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and willing to work in rural or regional settings
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

Pay: $76,500.00
- $85,789.60 per year
