**Position Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Event Planning & Coordination**: Oversee end-to-end event planning, logistics, and service coordination to ensure seamless execution. Be on-site at every event to manage vendors and operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and on-time execution.
- **Budget Management**: Develop, maintain, and monitor event budgets, ensuring all events stay within financial parameters while delivering on client expectations.
- **Brand Development**: Collaborate with creative teams and suppliers to develop promotional materials such as event flyers, signage, audio/video content, merchandising, and videos that align with the event and brand image.
- **Vendor & Venue Management**: Cultivate relationships with vendors, venues, and service providers. Negotiate contracts for catering, security, audio-visual equipment, and other services, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
- **Logistical Management**: Coordinate the scheduling of service providers, equipment procurement, and delivery timelines to meet event objectives on time and within budget.
- **Ticketing & Registration**: Manage event ticketing platforms, ensure the smooth processing of registrations, and handle customer inquiries promptly, adhering to data protection regulations.
- **On-Site Leadership**: Take charge of on-site event management, coordinating service providers, managing client and attendee experiences, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the event.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in event management or a related role, with a track record of successful event delivery.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with budget management, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required by event schedules.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and handle last-minute changes.
**Skills and Experience**
- Diploma in Event Management or similar.
- No less than 2-years relevant employment experience.
Pay: $75,000.00
- $95,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Events management: 2 years (required)
