- $140,000 package range, pro-rata The Opportunity This is a superb opportunity to join a growing skilled services business in a broad Finance Manager role. The company operates in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has built a strong reputation within its sector. Reporting directly to the leadership team, this role leads the day-to-day finance function across three entities. The role is offered on a genuinely flexible basis across 3 days per week. The business is highly outcomes-focused and trusts people to manage their own time, meaning you will have significant flexibility to set your own hours and work arrangements. This would suit someone seeking a long-term, flexible role where they can take ownership of the finance function in an SME environment. The Challenge Key responsibilities will include
- Preparing monthly management reports, variance analysis and cash flow reporting
- Analysing revenue, gross profit and business performance trends
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Monthly payroll and calculation of bonus entitlements
- Maintaining and improving detailed Excel based reporting and reconciliation workbooks
- Maintaining all group compliance requirements, such as insurance and Workcover, typically on an annual basis
