Warehouse Coordinator As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will manage inventory, deliveries, and warehouse operations to support construction or infrastructure projects. The role focuses on stock control, logistics coordination, and maintaining safe warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store construction materials and equipment Maintain accurate inventory and stock records Monitor stock levels and assist with reordering supplies Coordinate deliveries and dispatch of materials, tools, and PPE Track incoming and outgoing shipments Organize and monitor tools, machinery parts, and safety equipment Report damaged or missing items Update warehouse systems, spreadsheets, and delivery records Support procurement and project teams with inventory reporting Follow workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Requirements Essential Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory coordination Good organizational and communication skills Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to work in fast-paced project environments Preferred Construction or infrastructure industry experience Forklift licence Knowledge of inventory systems and stock control procedures Perks Reliable role within construction or infrastructure projects Supportive team environment Opportunities for career growth in logistics and warehouse operations Exposure to large-scale project and supply chain operations Pay: From $5,800.00 per month Benefits
