Purpose To train customers in the use of our software products within their working environment. Where applicable to configure the systems to meet the customers’ requirements and to provide training for them to make best use of the software and understand its full capability. To learn and train all new products as they become available. What you'll do Database Setup & Remote Installations
· Setup recent customer databases and conduct the remote installation of these databases as required Knowledge of product & Services
· Understand the functionality of all company products including EXACT, Dentally plus option products such as but not limited to Online Booking & Examine Pro, and Clinipad.
· Understanding of all services offered by HSO Training
· To train the practices in the software purchased. Your role is to train, (note: any hardware related problems/queries will be sorted by the support helpdesk and/or hardware maintenance companies). Relevant tools of the trade will be provided (Laptop/Projector, Course materials etc)
