In-house position | Opportunity to work for an established E-Commerce/Retailer throughout Australia | Great supportive work culture | Permanent | An exciting chance to join a reputable organisation throughout Australia as their UX Designer or UX Design Lead depending on experience. Responsibilities and Duties Our client is a leading E-Commerce/Retailer that has a very strong digital presence and operation. In this position you will be responsible for improving the UX of this retailer's websites and apps. If you are self-driven, motivated, love to learn and can work autonomously whilst being in a team environment, then this is the role for you. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this position you will have the following skill-set:
- At least 3-4+ years experience in eCommerce UX within a large retailer where you have proven experience driving/improving OMNI/Multi-channel sales and improving customer outcomes
- Very solid portfolio of relevant UX design work ideally relevant to eCommerce in a high transactional environment
- Extensive UX design experience through research, discovery, framing and iterating development and continuous improvement within a Human Centered Design (HCD) framework.
- Proficient in driving projects and understanding what is best for their customers using best practices
- Understanding and experience with A/B Testing
- Experience across ideation, research, prototyping, testing, launch
- If at lead level
- experience overseeing small teams of designers
- Proficient in conducting research, competitor analysis and from the research developing and creating user journeys, wireframes, and Hi Def design to translate design ideas and insights to inform and iterate on all design decisions.
