We are currently seeking experienced Telecommunications Riggers – both Supervisors and Non-Supervisors – to join our dynamic team and support the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of telecommunications networks and infrastructure across Australia. About The Role You will work as part of a highly skilled team delivering telecommunications and broadcast infrastructure projects while ensuring all client specifications, industry standards, and HSE practices are met. Key responsibilities include
- Installation, upgrade, and decommissioning of mobile telecommunications and broadcast sites
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Installation of new monopoles, towers, and masts
- Performing PIM, sweep, and distance-to-fault testing
- Rigging and installation of steelwork on telecommunications structures
- Attached climbing on monopoles, guyed masts, and towers up to 200m
- Regular travel and work on sites across Australia About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a Telecommunications Rigger
- Experience working on towers, rooftops, monopoles, or similar structures
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications equipment including antennas, feeders, radio systems, and steelwork installations
- A solid understanding of safety procedures and working at heights Mandatory Requirements
- Working at Heights certification
- EWP Licence
- Rigging Licence
- Tower Climbing Certification
- Working at Heights Medical Clearance
