- The fixed‑term position will be from your start date until August 2027.
- Manage team performance and standard, and supervise kitchen sections.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare cold foods. Prepare special meals or substitute items.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared, and ensure the quality of the food items.
- Communicate assistance needed during busy periods.
