- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen
- Develop innovative menu concepts that align with current food trends and guest preferences

- A strong track record of leading and inspiring diverse culinary teams
- Expertise in menu development, stock management, and cost control
- Solid commercial acumen with a track record of delivering business outcomes
- Relevant culinary qualifications
- Proficiency in business technology, including stock control systems, spreadsheets, and accounting software
