Line Operator (Food Industry) (Melbourne)

Line Operator Supervision Required Limited Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Line Operator with Reach Forklift experience to join our team. This role involves working in a highly regulated, governance-driven food manufacturing environment, requiring strong attention to detail and accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Accurately record pallet IDs, batch numbers, and timestamps
- Maintain detailed and precise documentation in line with company and compliance requirements
- Follow strict procedures within a highly regulated environment
- Assist with inventory handling and stock movement
- Use computer systems to support warehouse operations (training provided)
- Act as a backup for system-related tasks when required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience operating a reach forklift (essential)
- Double deep forklift experience is desirable (training will be provided)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Experience in food manufacturing is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
