- Proven experience managing large‑scale kitchen operations
- Experience across either high‑end restaurants (hatted preferred) and/or functions
- A strong track record of leading and inspiring diverse culinary teams
- Expertise in menu development, stock management, and cost control
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering business outcomes
- Relevant culinary qualifications
- Proficiency in business technology, including stock control systems, spreadsheets, and accounting software
