Job Description We are looking for our next breakfast superstar to join the kitchen team in our rooftop restaurant and bar, Cleo. Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and presenting high‑quality breakfast dishes to Cleo’s standards
- Supporting senior chefs with breakfast prep, mise en place, and smooth service execution
- Assisting in the development and refinement of breakfast and brunch menu items
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment during early and peak breakfast service
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all breakfast and brunch plates
- Bringing creativity and initiative while staying aligned with Cleo’s style and standards
- Supporting junior kitchen staff and contributing to a positive, efficient team culture Qualifications What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef in a hotel or high‑volume breakfast/brunch restaurant
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to high culinary standards
- Ability to work efficiently in early shifts and high‑pressure breakfast service periods
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive, can‑do attitude
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays Additional Information What We Offer
